A Short Introduction to WilberGraves

In 1995 Peter was given a challenge to develop some new material for the efa Master Practitioner programme. He put together Ken Wilber’s Quadrants and Clare Graves’ Values Model. As far as we know, this was the first time that the two models had been considered together and this development led to Peter being invited to become one of the founder members of Ken Wilber’s Integral Institute. This model has now become integrated into Ken’s full AQAL Model of “All Quadrants, All Levels, All Lines, All States, All Types”. However, using these two elements alone in an organisation is often enough to help them to radically rethink it's strategy.
