Content
Enhancing Communication
“You cannot not communicate.”
You will explore the history of NLP as it reveals the secrets of elegant communication, and discover how to relate to people at many different levels and in many different ways. By understanding just how people communicate so much more than you are consciously aware of, you will begin to understand the message beyond the words. You will learn about the “Languages of the Senses” and how developing skills in using them will enable you to get your messages across even more effectively and with integrity.
Enriching Relationships
“If what you are doing isn't working, do something else.”
Elegant communication is an effective way to improve relationships and you can further enrich your relationships through accessing a degree of Rapport that you have, until now, only dreamed about. You will also learn about Sensory Acuity and Non-verbal Communication. You can further enhance your skills using the powerful and exciting process of Perceptual Positions that will enable you to take different points of view assisting you in understanding and enriching the relationships you have with your family and friends, your work colleagues and clients and customers.
Exploring Life Goals
“Tell me what you want, what you really, really want.”
What do you really want from your life? Where are you now? Where would you like to be? You will learn several models which will help you to set realistic and achievable, short term and long term goals, so that you can begin the process of transforming your personal and professional life.
Experience how to Transform Unresourceful Feelings
“Choice is better than no choice.”
You may think we think that you have little or no choice about how you feel. Imagine having the ability to recognise unhelpful feelings and emotions and then the skills to transform them into more supportive resources. Discover how you make sense of the world around you and how you can change the ways you are currently doing that using submodalities. You will also learn to develop a range of possible resources you can choose from in any scenario - such as interviews, that difficult meeting, or when you encounter new and unknown situations and people.
