Lynn Byrom
As Director of Training, in addition to organising and co-ordinating all of efa’s open programmes, I am also responsible for the smooth running of the office, and my background in accountancy and business management organisational skills comes in really handy for this. I feel very passionate about my role and am committed to providing a first class service for everyone who wants to grow and develop.
My first involvement with NLP and excellenceforall was in 1997 when I quickly realised that this was something I had been looking for for many years. I was certified as an INLPTA Practitioner in July 1999, as an INLPTA Master Practitioner in July 2001, and as an INLPTA Trainer in May 2002.
I have a passionate interest in the Enneagram and have attended many workshops with excellenceforall and also with Riso and Hudson. In April 2005 I attended the Integral Life Practice programme in Colorado with Ken Wilber
I am a member of Ken’s Integral Institute.
I am constantly looking for new and interesting ways towards my personal development and growth. As part of this pathway, I am currently studying for my Masters Degree in Work-Based & Integrative Studies with the University of Chester.
