The University College Chester
efa and University College Chester (UCCh) are now working in co-operation to offer Higher Education level accreditation in NLP, Integral Studies & The Enneagram.
Participants on many of our programmes now have the added option of registering with UCCh, one of few universities in the country offering awards in Work-Based & Integrative Studies. This means that you can earn credits towards a BA or an MA while attending efa’s INLPTA Master Practitioner.
In the future we intend offering these programmes separately for those who already have Master Practitioner status; they can also be presented In-House (please enquire to discuss this option). We are working towards extending this facility to more courses and eventually hope to be able to offer a full Masters degree in NLP and Integral Studies in the future.

Post Graduate Certificate In Integral Studies (ISM003-010)
4 Modules/60 credit points
A six-day programme that can be taken as part of efa’s Master Practitioner certification, or as a stand-alone programme for those already certified as Master Practitioners.
This programme is a quadruple module that explores the three main facets of Ken Wilber’s AQAL (All Quadrants, All Levels, All Lines, All States, All Types) approach:
Integral Studies In Quadrants (ISM 004)
An introduction to the Integral approach with specific emphasis on Ken Wilber’s Quadrants
Integral Studies In Levels (ISM 005)
An introduction to the Developmental approach with specific emphasis on Clare Graves’ Values Model (also known as Spiral Dynamics)
Integral Studies In Personality Types (ISM 006)
An introduction to Personality Typing with specific emphasis on The Enneagram
Work-Related Study
A work-based project exploring the application of Ken Wilber’s AQAL Model
NLP Business Communications (IS 3)
2 Modules/30 Credit Points
A four-day introduction to NLP and its application in organisations
Adding a Work-Related Study increasing it to 3 Modules/45 Credit Points can extend this double module

A two-day introduction to personality typing with specific emphasis on The Enneagram

An advanced two-day programme that adds to your knowledge and understanding of personality typing with specific emphasis on The Enneagram

Masters Degree in Integral Studies
If you want to study for a full Masters degree, the University suggests the following in addition:
- A Self Review Module consisting of a Reflective CV, a Reflective Job Description, and a 1 500 word Reflective Essay
- A Research Methods Module
- A quadruple Work-Based Project

Assessment Of Prior Experiential Learning (A.P.E.L.)
Many mature students are eligible for A.P.E.L. taking into account qualifications and work experience; Research Methods modules at other educational establishments and the CIPD version of Self Review may also qualify for A.P.E.L. Your tutor will help you to apply.
